SureSource LLC is a leader in providing direct to consumer sales and service for consumer products manufacturers and leaders in the licensing industry.​   In order to meet seasonal volumes, we are adding staff to our Customer Contact Center.​

Seasonal Customer Service Representatives - 12 noon to 8pm - or - 10am to 6pm

The Customer Service Representative represents our business partners and our company to the consumers via telephone and eMail.​  Responsibilities include:

• Assists consumers in a professional and courteous manner;
• Answers the telephone with greeting as outlined by company/​client guidelines;
• Inputs both mail and telephone orders into computer;
• Handles and resolves all consumer issues and problems by either investigating quickly while the consumer holds or returning the call to the consumer by the end of the business day with an answer or an update;
• Assists with eMail correspondence to consumers;
• Ensure that consumer needs are met and enlists support of Expert Rep, Senior Rep or Coordinator as necessary.​

The ideal candidate will have:

·         Previous office customer service experience, call center experience strongly preferred;

·         Ability to work successfully in a fast paced environment;

·         Superior written and verbal communication skills;

·         Accurate data entry skills;

·         Proven experience with Windows, MS Word, Internet, eMail;

·         HS Diploma/​G.​E.​D.​ required; college courses/​degree strongly preferred;

·         Able to effectively interact with all levels of staff and management.​
