Our client is currently looking for a Call Center Support person.
The ideal candidate will have 1 year of Helpdesk level 1 experience. This individual will work with the other call coordinator to receive incoming calls. If they can resolve the issue themselves, ie password reset, great. If not, they will dispatch it to the correct technician. They will be responsible for opening and closing tickets within remedy, all documentation, and overall managing the queue.
The shift will be from 8-5 some weeks and 10-7 other weeks. The person must be flexible.
all candidates must have 1 year of experience supporting the following Windows XP, Office, Outlook, Remedy.
