• Assume a lead role within in the SCM Team with respect to third party manufacturing and packaging. 
• Responsible for developing strategy for sourcing of new sites or capabilities with existing sites to support growth or reduce costs
• Responsible to ensure the achievement by external manufacturers of specified performance metrics.
• Leads and manages all aspects of manufacturing operations within the assigned sites to include product supply logistics, capacity/planning, and capabilities assessment.
• Roughly 30-35%% travel, exceptional benefits program
• Packaging/container or consumer products experience preferred
• $110k-$160k salary range based on experience, plus bonus
