Responsibilities:

• Supporting brand consistency by delivering exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
• Being knowledgeable on coffee, tea, drink preparation and other products
• Preparing and serving beverage and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards
• Assisting with set-up, clean-up, stock work and handling food items

Qualifications:

• Be able to communicate with co-workers and/or customers
• Have a passion for customer service and be solutions-oriented
• 1 year MINIMUM food service/hospitality experience is desired, but not required
• Food handlers card may be required according to local and/or state requirements
• Be able to write, read and utilize math skills
